Products

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, photographs, colours, prices, availability, and other information accurately. However, the appearance of colours and details may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, and the nature of the product.

Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. An item may become unavailable even after being displayed on our website.

If we are unable to fulfil a paid order because of an availability issue, we will contact the customer and arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a refund where applicable.

Pricing

Product prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Shipping charges, discounts, and the final payable amount will be displayed during checkout where applicable.

We reserve the right to update product prices and offers. Changes will not normally affect an order after payment has been successfully completed.

Orders

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance if the product is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, the order appears fraudulent, or we are otherwise unable to fulfil the order.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information. Adharvi is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

Payments

Online payments are processed through our authorised payment service provider. An order is considered paid only after the payment has been successfully verified.

If money is debited but an order confirmation is not received, please contact us with the relevant payment details so that we can investigate the transaction.

Coupons and Promotions

Coupons and promotional offers may be subject to minimum order values, expiry dates, usage limits, maximum discounts, and other conditions. Adharvi reserves the right to reject an invalid, expired, exhausted, or improperly used coupon.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 business days after order confirmation. Estimated delivery is generally 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and courier service.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by courier delays, weather, holidays, operational disruptions, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation before an order has been shipped. Once an order has entered preparation, packing, or shipping, cancellation may no longer be available.

If an eligible prepaid order is cancelled, the applicable refund will be processed according to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Returns for Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

We do not generally accept returns for change of mind, personal preference, or similar reasons.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from the item ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may require a clear unboxing video and photographs showing the product, packaging, shipping label, and reported issue.

After reviewing the claim, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution depending on the circumstances and subject to applicable law.

Jewellery Care

Product life and appearance depend on usage and care. Unless specifically stated otherwise for a product, customers should avoid unnecessary exposure to perfumes, harsh chemicals, cosmetics, excessive moisture, and abrasive materials.

Normal wear, misuse, improper storage, or damage caused after delivery may not qualify as a product defect.

Website Use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, submit fraudulent transactions, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Adharvi name, branding, website content, product descriptions, graphics, and original photographs or materials are owned by or licensed to Adharvi and may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Adharvi will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to applicable legal procedures and consumer rights under Indian law.
